Shabbir was a blessing in our home finding process. Our experience with Shabbir was simply outstanding. As first time buyers, my wife and I had very specific requirements and a very limited geographical area considering transport and school reservations. Shabbir worked with us on a very personal basis and helped us to understand what we really wanted. At one point, Shabbir even told us that "You might decide to buy this house, but I will not let you go for it."! Shabbir is knowledgeable and always available. he would always show up on short notice and take us to see potential homes. It was his local area knowledge and networking that enabled us to purchase our new home. We simply could not have done this without him.
